Apply colored pulp in swirls, dashes and dots to create beautiful designs and images that become part of the paper you make. Discover a unique way to create papers to use in artistic explorations. Preserving and Protecting Your Family Papers

In this class we will discuss the manufacture and degradation of paper-based items such as documents, photographs, and newspaper clippings. Students will learn the best options to care for and preserve family history items, and will construct some simple wrappers and enclosures to keep paper items safe. Students are welcome to bring examples from home for discussion and advice.
