Sanaz Haghani is an up and coming paper artist, printmaker and adjunct instructor at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. She received her BA in graphic design from Sooreh University in Iran and, a MFA from Montana State University as well as Georgia State University. Her work has been exhibited in many recent shows including:Imagination Squared, Pathways to Resilience at the Lyndon House Arts Center, Athens, GA; 7th National Collegiate Handmade Paper Art Triennial, a traveling show featured at the Robert C, Williams Museum of Papermaking, Atlanta, GA, The Morgan Conservatory, Cleveland, OH, University of the Arts, Philadelphia; PAPaper Routes -Georgia Women to Watch 2020 at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia, Atlanta, GA; Faculty Exhibition at the Lamar Dodd School of Art, University of Georgia; Behind the Darkness at the Lamar Dodd School of Art, University of Georgia. She had also been recently featured in many publications and articles such as: The Hand Magazine, Shutout Atlanta, BURNAWAY Art Review, Georgia Women to Watch 2020 Catalog, College Book Arts Association, Mid-American Print Council JOurnal Vol. 30/31.
