Handmade paper, lithography and woodcut artist book "Memories of the Barong" is a wall installation that mimics the pattern pieces of a garment. Each handmade, naturally-colored abaca paper piece has inclusions of photographs of Indonesian people. Some are silkscreened with white text and others have stitching right through the paper with needles hanging from the ends of the threads. The pattern pieces slightly overlap one another, creating an undulating shape on the wall.
