The Robert C. Williams Museum of Papermaking’s Fast Film Fest is a festival for 5 minute or shorter paper animation films. The competition is free and open to the public. All short films should be created between January 14 and February 20, 2022. All animations must be paper-based, using cutout animation and/or stop motion animation techniques. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges to be presented during a virtual screening and award ceremony on Friday, March 4, 2022. After the screening, all submissions will be available for viewing via the Fast Film Fest webpage and the Paper Animation Film Fest Youtube Channel. No prior experience is necessary to participate.
