Fluid purple cursive script is silkscreened across the bottom of the pages while san serif block letters are the driving text of the book. The rough edges of the paper and primitive stitching are intentionally raw.

The book opens out into a long skinny rectangle with natural dyes bleading out from the gutter to form a circle of golden yellow dye with a smaller brick red dye spot at its center. This bulls eye of color is surrounded by the vast space of the natural tan of the abaca where small lines of text float at different locations from page to page.

"Lozano" is an almost life-size paper cast of a full-body human skeleton that hangs on the wall with fungi sprouting from its torso. The patina of the fungi is a nice contrast to the starknes of the skeleton.
